Because for one, I didn’t want to keep my old blogspot blog. Weirdly enough, I made it when I was in… high school. So you can just imagine how pea-brained I was back then. Who puts a dash in their URL?
Even Jester had half the mind to make the move to jesterinexile.blogspot.com!
Plus the fact that I don’t really love amethysts. So why be an amethyst lover, right?
Besides, when I told Ozy that I was moving, he said, “Yay!”
And that was enough.
Second, I wanted a tiffy.somethingwhatever.com blog address. And since, not surprisingly, that URL is taken elsewhere, I checked in here and voila! Easy on the memory, no?
And lastly, if the exchange student thing is pushing through, I plan on taking a leave from work. Permanent or otherwise. And truly — sanriotown blogs have too long a URL. http://blog.sanriotown.com/amethyst_lover:kuririnmail.com/, anyone? Btw, I made that email address when I was 12. So shoot me.
