Meh. I should probably bring my umbrella all the time since it’s the rainy season, no? I got a bit wet earlier. It was sunny too! Grawr! Even the sky lies! Darn it.
Anyway, we’re having our interview test on Thursday. So they’re going to ask us questions in Japanese and we’re supposed to answer in Japanese. Our final exam is on Friday.
I talked to Kenji (one of my students) about Mt Fuji and he gave me a lot of tips and stuff! Now all I need is a place to stay if ever I hit Tokyo!
I woke up at 8:05 today. If it weren’t for my dorm mate, I wouldn’t have woken up at all! Class is at 9:10. So I got up, took a 5-minute shower, got dressed, and was out of the dorm by 8:15! Nyaha! I WASN’T LATE! Woo hoo. I got to class by 9:08. I was sort of freaking out, too!
I skipped badminton again cause I had to finish my paper for Japanese Culture and Arts class. I couldn’t concentrate last night because of the evil forces surrounding me (just to add a touch of melodrama in my life).
I’m done with homework now so I’m probably going to sleep pretty early tonight (FINALLY).
Ayanda and I are planning on climbing Mt. Fuji on Wednesday and then staying in Tokyo from Thursday-Sunday. Do I have any friends that live in Tokyo that I can impose myself to?
So last Friday, we went to a 焼き肉 (yakiniku) on Friday. It costs ¥2,900 — an eat all you can, drink all you can place. So what happens is we order meat and stuff and cook it ourselves. And then order some drinks. There’s a catch, though — the drinks is only for 90 minutes and the food, 2 hours (I think). I’ll post pictures here as soon as I’m able to steal from people!

Yesterday, on the other hand, I watched some amateur sumo thing with my friends. It was held by the Nagoya University Sumo Club in Nagoya Castle. It was awesome. At some point, this guy approached us and asked Eyobe and Dustin if they wanted to join. And Dustin totally did! Hahaha. Pictures when they’re posted!

We all know I’m not doing that pose again. Lol.
I’ve been putting off blogging here because it disgusted me to see my old posts. I want to start anew. But at the same time — that’s always what I’ve been doing. So I guess I just need to keep on blogging to bury old not-so-pleasing-to-the-eyes entries of mine.
We haven’t had any classes for five days now. It’s all because of the swine flu scare. I don’t get it. Back in the Philippines, there have been cases of swine flu and yet they didn’t really suspend classes for a week. Same as in Singapore where my friend’s a teacher — they have TONS of cases and yet they didn’t really suspend classes.
At this point, I think I’m supposed to wear the face mask that my dormitory gave me to wear. I wore it. For a day, maybe. It’s just silly.
